The Role

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Electrical/Mechanical Fitter to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing equipment through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs. This is a hands-on role that requires a proactive approach and a keen eye for detail. This is a great role to for a qualified tradesperson to grow their career.

Monday to Thursday:

7.30am - 4pm

Friday:

7.30am - 1-2pm

$75,000k - 80,000k

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Troubleshooting and repairs of mechanical, electrical and pneumatic systems
• Preventative maintenance to ensure optimal production
• Installation of new machinery in line with company standards
• Provide support and assistance within the team to ensure minimal downtime
• Work in collaboration with relevant parts of the business to maintain efficiency
• Work within OH and S guidelines to meet expectations

What you will need to succeed:

• Mechanical Trade Certificate is mandatory for this role
• Technical skills especially in pneumatic systems
• The ability to work as a team to problem solve
• Strong communication skills
• Safety and quality focused
• Current Australian Driver's License
