The opportunity:

We're hiring Fulltime DIDO (Drive in / Drive out) Café Supervisor from Mackay and nearby suburbs in lifestyle roster of 5 days on and 2 days off.

Oversee daily cafe and catering operations to ensure high-quality service

Supervise, train, and support cafe and catering staff

Coordinate with clients to understand and meet their catering needs

Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations

Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed

Maintain cleanliness and organization in kitchen and service areas

Assist with menu planning and uphold presentation standards

Handle customer feedback and resolve service-related issues efficiently

Monitor staff performance and support continuous team development

Collaborate with management to achieve financial and operational goals

• Annual Wage including super: $105,000

To be considered:

Demonstrate a high level of knowledge and proficiency in using POS (Point of Sale) systems for order management, sales tracking, and reporting

Minimum of 2 years’ professional experience in a cafe, hospitality, or catering supervisory role

• Previous experience in a remote setting or the hospitality industry (preferred).
• Unrestricted work rights in Australia
• Must have a valid police check issued within the last 12 months or be willing to obtain one.
• Must pass a Queensland Coal Board Medical and Functional Assessment
• Safe Food Handling Certificate desired.
• RSA Certificate desired.
• Demonstrate a proactive, solutions-focused approach with excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills to ensure smooth operations.
