The Position
This is a key role in a friendly, motivated team providing administration support to the newly funded ARC Training Centre in Plant Biosecurity (the Centre), led by the ANU Research School of Biology.
With no two days being the same, this role is integral to the delivery of Centre operations. The Centre is a collaborative initiative including two other universities and over 20 partner organisations. The Centre Administrator reports to the Centre Chief Operating Officer and will work closely with Centre leadership and the wider team to provide administrative and executive support, ensure efficient day-to-day operations, and organise committees, meetings and events.
The Person
We are looking for a strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the capacity to quickly develop productive, professional relationships with colleagues and clients. Highly developed organisational skills and effective self-management are key.
