What You Will Be Doing:

Successful candidates will be working in a great trailer parts company playing a crucial role in supporting both retail and trade customers by providing expert advice, processing orders, and managing inventory.

You will be engaging in:

Customer Service: Engaging with customers to understand their needs, offering product recommendations, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Sales Transactions: Handling sales at the counter, processing payments, and managing returns or exchanges.

Product Knowledge: Providing information on trailer parts and accessories, assisting customers in selecting the appropriate items for their requirements.

Inventory Management: Replenishing stock, organizing the showroom, and maintaining accurate inventory records.

Order Fulfillment: Preparing and processing customer orders, including special orders or backorders.

Technical Support: Assisting customers with technical inquiries related to trailer components and accessories.

What You Will Need:

Retail Experience

Forklift Licence (preferred)

National Police Clearance
