About the Role

We’re partnering with a long-standing and respected generalist law firm in Sydney’s Southern beach suburbs to find an experienced Senior Solicitor (3- 5 years PAE). This is an exciting opportunity to step into a hands-on role within a busy and thriving practice offering true variety and responsibility.

You'll work across a broad spectrum of legal matters including:

· Commercial law

· Leasing and property transactions

· Contracts

· Mergers & acquisitions

· Joint ventures and business structuring

· Family law, Wills and Estate planning

This role offers the chance to take ownership of your work, run your own files with minimal supervision, and work closely with a diverse mix of clients across sectors.

What we’re looking for:

· 3- 5 years PAE in a generalist legal practice

· Proven ability to run files end-to-end with confidence and autonomy

· Strong communication skills – comfortable in client consultations, mediations, and Court appearances

· Solid experience in contracts, leasing, commercial advisory, family law, wills and estate planning and related areas

· Familiarity with dispute resolution, risk analysis, and strategic legal advice

· High attention to detail and sound legal drafting skills

· A proactive mindset and the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders
