Grace is seeking candidates with exceptional attention to detail, a great attitude to join our Information Management division as a Sentencing/Cataloguing Officer on a casual basis.
About the Role
Based in Campbelltown this position is responsible for delivering an effective record appraisal and disposal program and undertaking analysis and assessment of information management practices to provide expert advice on best practice information management.
This role will also be actively contributing to the daily operations of Information Management as well as providing specialist input to information management governance initiatives.
About You
To be considered for this role, you will have the following:
Demonstrated experience creating files in an Electronic Records Management System (EDRMs), applying a Records Classification to manage the lifecycle, specifically retention and disposal of records.
Great attention to detail and accuracy.
Cataloguing or Data Entry skills and experience - potentially with applying a General Retention and Disposal Authority to hard copy or electronic records.
