Wongaburra Society is a not-for-profit, non-denominational organisation that provides high quality home care and residential care services to the community of Beaudesert. Established in 1970 we pride ourselves on our ties to the local community including the use local services wherever possible.

We are looking for a full time Scheduler to join our Home Care Team, working 6.30am – 2.30pm Monday to Friday. Your role will be quite diverse as you will also be responsible for providing support to our admin team around billing, fleet management, payroll, data entry, and meeting agendas and minutes. You may also be required on occasion to help out with direct support when required to ensure all the needs are met for our clients.

As a Scheduler you will be connecting our home care clients to our support workers, enabling them to live independently in their home through the delivery of a range of support services at a time that best suits their needs. You will use our Scheduling software to ensure all parties are aware of when care is to be provided.

To be successful in this role you will ideally possess prior experience in Scheduling (preferably within the Home Care industry) along with well-developed communication skills and a high level of attention to detail. You will be able to operate flexibly with limited supervision and be able to respond to issues in a timely manner to ensure the delivery of home care services.

Demonstrated ability to undertake detailed work & maintain information systems with a high degree of accuracy
