We’re currently on the lookout for a motivated and enthusiastic Trade Team Member to join our friendly team at our Torrensville Trade Centre. This is a full-time position ideal for someone passionate about customer service and looking to grow within a supportive, fast-paced team environment.

What You’ll Do

As a Trade Team Member, you’ll be the face of our business, providing exceptional service to our valued trade customers. Your role will involve:

Delivering outstanding customer service and advice on our hardware products and services

Building lasting relationships with customers and understanding their needs

Assisting with stock management, including refilling and maintaining correct ticketing

Supporting efforts to minimise shrinkage and stock loss

Promoting a strong sales culture within the community

What You’ll Bring

A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for great service

A current Forklift Licence (essential)

Previous experience in customer service (retail or trade preferred)

A strong awareness of WHS (Work Health & Safety) practices

The ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively

Knowledge of trade or hardware products is advantageous but not essential
