The Role

As the Electrical Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for overseeing a small but skilled team of electricians and automation specialists. Your focus will be on driving high performance through proactive maintenance strategies, minimising downtime, and ensuring a safe, compliant, and productive work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and coordinate a team of electrical maintenance staff.
• Plan and prioritise preventative and corrective maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and automation issues.
• Work closely with production and other stakeholders to minimise disruptions.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Contribute to a positive workplace culture and continuous improvement mindset.
• Support training and development within the team.

Skills and Experience

• Electrical Trade Qualification
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience required
• Knowledge of PLC systems
• Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance and reliability principles.
• Solid understanding of safety and compliance requirements in a manufacturing environment.
