The Role:

We’re looking for a Sales Partner to bring in new landlord clients across NSW (starting in Newcastle), selling a property management service that actually makes sense. You’ll work remotely or on the ground, backed by our branding, tools, and support. You bring the hustle – we’ll do the rest.

Your Mission:

Prospect and convert new rental management clients

Identify investor and landlord leads via your own network, referrals, or outreach

Present managed.AI’s value prop clearly and confidently

Close deals and earn uncapped commission

Build long-term relationships – and your rep in the industry

You’ll Need To:

Have real estate or sales experience (property, proptech, or related fields ideal

Be self-motivated and proactive – this is commission-only

Communicate like a pro and connect with people easily
