Our client is a proudly independent, family-owned business that’s been serving Queensland for over 30 years. Specialising in mini excavators, tractors, mowers, to name a few in the Sunshine Coast. With deep local roots and a reputation for quality, they’re passionate about both the machines they service and the people who keep them running.

They are looking for an additional Service Technician to join the team. You’ll play a key role in servicing and repairing equipment both in the field and the workshop, including handling pre-delivery builds. Your attention to detail and quality workmanship will ensure customers receive the service they’ve come to trust.

They offer flexible scheduling, including the option to work a compressed 4-day week or a traditional 5-day week, allowing you more time to focus on life outside of work.

What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with the Service Team to manage your daily schedule
• Carry out builds, servicing, and repairs with a strong focus on safety
• Keep the team updated before, during, and after each job
• Complete all necessary job documentation accurately and on time
• Participate in ongoing training to maintain and enhance your trade skills

What They're Looking For:

• Qualified in Diesel Fitting or relevant mechanical trade
• Proactive with risk assessment and safe work practices
• Basic computer literacy
• Strong team player with good communication skills
• Ability to recognise when to escalate technical issues
