We are currently recruiting customer service superstars for contract based positions in Maitland!
If you can easily adapt to new environments, enjoy variety in your work, and are available immediately, then this could be the opportunity for you!
Selection Criteria:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Proven experience in high volume contact centre OR strong customer service experience in another area
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Highly motivated and driven
- Non restricted work rights
- MUST be available for rotating roster between 6am to 10pm Monday to Sunday (shifts cannot be chosen as they will rotate)
Key skills:
- Good phone manner
- Proficient in MS Office
- Good team player
- High attention to detail
- Resolve enquiries, providing accurate and timely responses
- Experience in high volume environment
- Must be available to work on site full time for the initial 10-12 weeks and hybrid options are available afterwards
- Must be available to start work on the 11th of June 2025
