Application MINIMUM requirements:

• 6 months Owners Corporation experience
• Knowledge of the Owners Corporation Statutory Act
• Experience with managing building defects
• Managers to have proven ability in chairing Owners Corporation meetings
• Managers to have proven experience managing residential high-rise properties
• Proficient in one or more software packages - Stratamax, Stratmaster, Property IQ, Localwise and RP Office (Macpro)
• Attention to detail & accuracy
• Motivated, flexible with excellent communication skills
• Reliable and punctual
• Outstanding communication skills, both written & verbal
• A100 advantageous, but not necessary

Assignments can vary from 1 day to 3 months. Temporary Owners Corporation assignments include:

• Reception / Administration
• Owners Corporation Assistant
• Owners Corporation Accounting
• Owners Corporation Manager
• Owners Corporation Team Leader
• Owners Corporation Dept Head
• Owners Corporation Trainer
