Our new Australian Super team is growing rapidly, which means we're needing to fill 20+ spots to join the team!
We’re on the lookout for dedicated customer experience professionals who are eager to embark on a rewarding career helping to assist members of Australia's largest super funds.

What You’ll Do:
• Take inbound calls from customers and provide clear, helpful support
• Use internal systems to answer questions and resolve issues
• Keep customer information secure and follow compliance protocols
• Point people in the right direction when additional help is needed

• Friendly, professional communication skills
• Comfortable using multiple systems and multitasking
• Able to stay calm and focused under pressure
• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
• A team player mindset with strong individual accountability
