Join Our Team as a Medical Administration Officer!

As the Medical Administration Officer, you will play a vital role in enhancing the medical education landscape within EFNLHN. You will provide high-level administrative support and effective liaison with the Director of Clinical Training, Medical Education Officer, and Medical Services staff.

Your responsibilities will include ensuring the smooth delivery of operations, offering expert advice on administrative and accreditation matters for Trainee Medical Officers. You will contribute to research and project support for medical education initiatives, helping to drive innovation in training through ICT systems.

In this dynamic role, you will support the development and implementation of online services and training activities, manage the EFNLHN simulation room, and provide secretarial support to the Medical Education Committee and its sub-committees. Key Responsibilities:

  • Confidential Support: Provide high-level, confidential support to the Medical Education Officer.
  • Best Practice Development: Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices in administrative service delivery.
  • Project Coordination: Ensure timely and effective coordination of projects within the Medical Education Unit related to medical education in EFNLHN.
  • Education & Training Implementation: Assist in the development and implementation of medical education, training, and ICT solutions.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Administrative Support: Proven experience in high-level administrative and secretarial services, including diary management, travel arrangements, and document preparation.
  • Research & Analysis: Ability to conduct research, analyse problems, and provide effective solutions.
  • Records Management: Experience in administrative processes and proficiency in software for producing quality documents and presentations.
  • Procedural Knowledge: Strong understanding of administrative procedures and records management.
  • Senior Management Support: Familiarity with providing high-level support to senior management.
  • EFNLHN Knowledge: Understanding of the Eyre and Far North Local Health Network (EFNLHN).
