About Us:

We’ve built a cutting-edge platform that automates vendor funding, supplier payments, and compliance—backed by a scalable serverless architecture on AWS. As we continue expanding our services and data-driven capabilities, we are looking for an AI Workflow Engineer to help build and scale intelligent automation within our AWS infrastructure.

Role Overview:

You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing intelligent AI-driven workflows that power SaleFunder’s backend business logic. You’ll work across serverless components such as AWS Step Functions, Lambda, and EventBridge, and integrate with data systems like DynamoDB, OpenSearch, and S3. You'll also collaborate with DevOps and backend teams to orchestrate event-based logic, data enrichment, and real-time notifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, build, and manage AI-driven workflows using AWS Step Functions and Lambda.

Develop scheduled and event-triggered logic using Amazon EventBridge.

Integrate AI/ML components into existing business pipelines.

Automate data enrichment, notifications, and cross-service coordination.

Build scalable APIs using API Gateway and monitor health with CloudWatch.

Manage application data in DynamoDB, OpenSearch, and S3.

Collaborate with developers, architects, and product managers to automate workflows across public/admin websites and 3rd-party APIs.

Tech Stack You’ll Use:

AWS Lambda, Step Functions, API Gateway, EventBridge

Amazon DynamoDB, S3, OpenSearch

Amazon SNS for notifications (SMS/Email)

CloudWatch for observability

Serverless Framework or AWS CDK (nice to have)

What We’re Looking For:

3+ years of experience with AWS serverless architecture

Strong understanding of workflow orchestration (especially AWS Step Functions)

Experience with event-driven design patterns

Familiarity with AI/ML workflow integration (e.g., invoking AI models within Lambda)

Comfort with CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and security best practices (e.g., WAF, IAM)

Bonus: Experience in fintech or real estate platforms
