About the role

JustCuts Mandurah & JustCuts Belmont is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Hairdresser or Hairstylist to join our growing team in Mandurah & Belmont, WA. This is a casual position (immediate Start), offering flexible working hours to suit your lifestyle.

What you'll be doing

Providing exceptional haircuts and styling to our valued clients

Ensuring a welcoming and relaxing salon experience for all customers

Advising clients on the best haircare products and styling techniques to maintain their look

Promoting and selling salon retail products to enhance the customer experience

Maintaining a clean and organised workstation

Contributing to the overall success and growth of the salon

What we're looking for

A minimum of 2 years' experience as a qualified hairdresser or stylist

Excellent technical skills in cutting and styling

A passion for the latest hair trends and techniques

Strong customer service skills and the ability to provide an exceptional salon experience

Excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities

A positive, energetic and professional attitude

Relevant hairdressing qualifications or certifications
