What You’ll Do:

• Convert inbound leads: Respond to prospective students via phone and email, providing expert guidance on our beauty courses.
• Close the sale: Use your persuasive communication skills to help potential students confidently move forward with enrolment.
• Customize your approach: Offer personalized advice to ensure every student finds the course that matches their aspirations.
• Achieve (and exceed) enrolment targets: Maintain empathy and genuine support while meeting performance goals—no cold calling involved!

Who We’re Looking For:

• Proven phone-based sales experience: Comfortable working in a target-driven environment, with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Excellent communication & rapport-building skills: Able to engage, inspire, and persuade prospective students over the phone.
• A genuine interest in the beauty industry: Eager to learn about our courses and offerings, even if your background isn’t specifically in beauty.
