About the role

Inclusive Swim is seeking swimming instructors to to join our passionate team in Adelaide. With a variety of programs throughout the metropolitan area, multiple opportunities are available in both our 1:1 programs, as well as group programs.

What you'll be doing

Providing engaging and effective swimming instruction to clients, tailoring lessons to meet individual needs and abilities

Developing and implementing lesson plans that focus on stroke development, water safety, and confidence building

Ensuring the safety of all clients by maintaining a vigilant awareness of the pool environment and adhering to all safety protocols

Providing feedback and encouragement to clients to support their progress and development

Collaborating with team members to share best practices and continuously improve the quality of our swim education program

What we're looking for

Swimming and Water Safety Teacher (SISSS00132) - or willingness to obtain

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a commitment to ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all clients

Passion for inclusive and adaptive swimming education, with a desire to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals with diverse needs and abilities

Current CPR certification
