An exciting opportunity has arisen for a customer-focused and highly organised Tax Consultant to join our expanding team in our new location inside the Karratha City Plaza. Experience as a tax consultant will be advantageous, however all training will be provided, so if you love interacting with clients and are looking for a career change, we would love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Tax Consultant, you will:

Prepare Individual Tax Returns (ITRs) efficiently, following firm procedures

Conduct bookkeeping and data entry as required

Work cohesively with bookkeeping and admin teams to streamline processes

Delegate tasks and support colleagues to maintain workflow balance

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in customer service or administration, ideally in accounting or professional services.

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills – ability to liaise with diverse clients.

Strong organisational skills & attention to detail.

Ability to stay calm under pressure & manage competing priorities.

Tech-savvy – confident in Microsoft Office and comfortable with CRM systems.

A friendly, professional, and proactive attitude.

Important Information:

Full-time role (40 hours per week) – potential for extended hours in July & August (busiest period).

No experience necessary as all training will be provided

Start Date: 9th June 2025 (or earlier).
