About the opportunity:

Due to an increase in our operational requirements, we are seeking highly motivated and reliable, safety-driven HC Truck Drivers to join our growing and diverse team. Starting on a casual basis, this role offers potential ongoing work opportunities for the right candidate.

Competitive hourly rate + penalty rates apply

Monday – Friday, 50+ hours per week

Occasional Saturday work available

Potential for occasional night shift work

This is a fantastic opportunity for skilled truck drivers who are looking for steady, well-paid work with a company that values its people.

What we are looking for:

Minimum 2 years’ experience with tandem, truck & dog, semi or quad tipper combinations

Positive attitude and ability to work independently or as part of a crew

Unrestricted HC licence or higher

White card (construction induction card)

Strong safety awareness and communication skills

Safe driving skills are essential

Key Accountabilities:

Demonstrate a clear commitment and responsibility to Health, Safety and Environment requirements

Carry out all duties in a manner that minimises risk, production loss, damage to equipment and maintains a safe working environment for all personnel including contractors and visitors.

Identify and report all hazards, incidents and associated risks immediately to the Supervisor

Promote and adhere to all Spryco Group Pty Ltd Policies, Standards and Procedures, including site and client specific requirements.

Complete all mandatory training and required paperwork.

Conduct pre-start inspections daily prior to operating any plant or equipment
