We’re hiring a Senior Credit Risk Manager to play a key role in shaping portfolio oversight and risk strategy.

What You’ll Do:

Lead performance monitoring across a range of lending portfolios, including asset finance and mortgages

Provide insights into portfolio trends, risk indicators, and emerging issues

Oversee the development and governance of credit policies and risk frameworks

Work closely with internal stakeholders to enhance underwriting processes and automation initiatives

Prepare and present reporting and recommendations to senior committees and executive leadership

What We’re Looking For:

Over 10 years’ experience in credit risk, ideally within lending or financial services

Strong understanding of the credit lifecycle and quantitative credit strategies

Advanced proficiency in analytical tools and programming (e.g., SQL, Python, R) and experience with dashboard/reporting platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)

Ability to combine technical insight with commercial awareness

Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including influencing at senior levels

Preferred Experience:

Postgraduate qualifications such as CFA or MBA

Background in non-prime lending or familiarity with regulatory requirements (e.g., APRA, ASIC)

Exposure to innovation, technology pilots, or operational efficiency projects
