Are you a dedicated and compassionate mental health professional ready to support those who’ve served our country? We’re looking for future-focused Clinicians (APS 6) to deliver high-quality, evidence-based mental health care to veterans, current serving military personnel, and their families.

You’ll join a nationally accredited, military-aware mental health service, working with like-minded professionals to build resilience, promote recovery, and strengthen family wellbeing.

What You'll Do:

• Deliver individual, couple, and family counselling services grounded in clinical best practice.
• Develop and manage care plans, risk assessments, and clinical documentation using our Client Management System.
• Collaborate with fellow Clinicians, family members, and other care providers to ensure holistic support.
• Co-facilitate group therapy and psychoeducation programs.
• Participate in regular clinical supervision and ongoing professional development.
• Be part of a connected team driving innovation and continuous improvement in veterans’ mental health care.

What You'll Bring:

• Full registration with AHPRA as a Psychologist, Occupational Therapist, or Registered Nurse; OR
• Eligibility for AASW membership as a Social Worker; OR
• Masters-level counselling qualification and registration with PACFA or ACA (Level 3 or 4).
• Strong clinical skills in assessment, case management, and counselling.
• A deep understanding of the unique needs of veterans and military families.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
