About the role

Physio Room Pymble is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Studio Pilates Instructor to join our team on a casual basis. As a Studio Pilates Instructor, you will be responsible for leading our clients through dynamic, challenging and engaging Pilates classes that promote improved strength, flexibility, balance and overall wellness. This role is based in our brand new studio located in Pymble, NSW.

What you'll be doing

Instructing small group Pilates classes (4 clients to 1 instructor) using a range of equipment including reformers, trapeze, wunda chair, barrel, pulley machine, weights and general mat based equipment.

Developing and implementing Pilates programs that are tailored to the needs and abilities of our clients

Conducting initial assessments

Providing hands-on corrections and cueing to ensure proper form and technique

Maintaining a safe, clean and organised studio environment

Communicating effectively with clients to understand their goals and provide excellent customer service

Working with an experienced Allied health team to help clients reach their goals.

What we're looking for

A minimum of 2 years' experience as a qualified Pilates instructor using studio equipment

Pilates studio qualification and deep knowledge of Pilates principles, methods and equipment

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to provide safe and effective cueing

A passion for health, wellness and helping others achieve their fitness goals

A current First Aid and CPR certification
