About the Opportunity

Our client has supported people living with spinal chord injury for more than 50 years. They are seeking a measured, experienced and strategic Nurse Educator to lead the education function across their Residential Aged Care and community-based services. This is a pivotal role reporting to the Chief Operating Officer. You will work independently and with influence, helping to train and upskill staff to deliver best-practice care in often complex, high-stakes environments. This role combines on-the-ground clinical insight with structured training design and delivery, with a focus on NDIS compliance, spinal chord injury support, and family-centred care. You'll need to think of your feet, remain composed under pressure, and lead with integrity,

Skills and Experience

• Strong understanding of Spinal Chord injury, NDIS and community-based care models (essential).
• Full and unrestricted registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
• Clinical experience at the CNC level or equivalent.
• Demonstrated ability to stay calm and effective in emotionally charged environments.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to influence and manage internal and external stakeholder relationships.
• Hold a drivers' licence and have a willingness to travel across the Sydney region.
