Key Responsibilities:

• Support consumers with daily living tasks such as personal care, grooming etc.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to consumers, ensuring their wellbeing and safety.
• Promote independence and encourage consumers to achieve their goals and aspirations.
• Maintain accurate records and document all activities in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with other professionals involved in the consumers care, including family members and external healthcare professionals.

What you will need:

You are an enthusiastic, motivated, self-starter who is eager to develop a career as a support worker. To be considered for these roles, you will need:

• Certificate III in Aged Care, Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing Specialisation), or equivalent and/or Certificate IV in Aged Care, Certificate IV in Ageing Support, or completion of first year of Bachelor of Nursing
• Previous experience working within a related field
• Ability to build effective relationships and work within a team.
• Current Police Check or willing to obtain.
