We are looking for experienced Long Term Mobile Maintenance Planners for multiple roles, to assist our Tier 1 Clients in the Goldfields region of WA. The roles are 5:2/4:3, 10 hour day roles, as residential roles out of Kalgoorlie.

The Roles

The roles involve supporting active underground operations around Kalgoorlie.

Working with an established maintenance planning team, you will assist with day to day support to enable smooth operations with regards to maintenance planning and support.

The roles feature stable contracts, with the option for permanent roles with the client.

About the Roles

Reporting to the Mine Maintenance Superintendent on site, the roles on offer involve:

Coordinating 12-month component forecasts to support budgeting.

Developing a 12-month shutdown forecast for loading units.

Preparing Gantt charts in Microsoft Project for planned shutdowns.

Managing and updating the long-term (4-weekly to 12-month) Machine Preventative Maintenance Plan, supplying it to the Loading Maintenance and Support Equipment teams, and facilitating work management meetings for schedule alignment.

Estimating labour needs and balancing resources to meet long-term planning requirements.

Supplying parts suppliers with component forecasts and issuing relevant work orders.

To be considered you must meet the following criteria:

Trade Certificate and/or Degree in Engineering

Current unencumbered Australian Drivers Licence.

Located in Kalgoorlie or willing to relocate for the role.

Minimum 5 years relevant mining experience in a maintenance environment

Computer literacy - Microsoft Office, with experience in Pronto considered advantageous

Have exceptional and professional communication skills to engage and influence other personnel within the business.

Have excellent time management and task prioritisation skills.

Have an overriding commitment to health, safety, environmental responsibility and sustainable development , with Awareness of the Mine Safety and Inspection Act & Regulations.
