Located in the heart of Surfers Paradise, The Island Gold Coast - Vegas Gaming Lounge has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, friendly, and professional Gaming Supervisor - Night Shift to join our dynamic Gaming Team. The shifts will predominantly be from 10pm - 8am with the opportunity to acquire further shifts based on performance.

The successful applicant will have customer service skills and a demonstrated understanding of both Gaming and Bar operations.

Duties:

Provide a warm, friendly, and welcoming style of service to all guests

You will be well presented, confident, results driven and committed to
ensuring our customers always feel comfortable.

Assist customers with gaming machine operations and responding to customer inquiries.

Monitoring of gaming operations for the gaming room.

Conducting regular checks and maintenance of gaming machines to ensure proper functionality.

Always Maintaining compliance & responsible gaming practices

Day to day operations of busy gaming sections.

Solid cash handling proficiency.

Strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Experience with Gaming Machines, Point of Sale (POS), EFTPOS, TAB
& Keno.

Promote a safe workplace by recognizing hazards and promoting general
WHS practices.

Selection Criteria:

Relevant hospitality or customer service experience is required.

Previous experience in Gaming, Keno will be essential.

Success in working in a team environment and the flexibility to handle
changing customer needs with a friendly can-do attitude is essential.

Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written).

Ability to work as part of a team.

Ability to provide an effective approach to Customer Service delivery.

Must have, QLD RSA, RSG, RMLV & Approved managers licence
qualifications.

A National Police Check will be requested.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays to
coincide with the trading hours (10am-6am).
