About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Program Lead Facilitator to engage and inspire young people through interactive sessions about volunteering, community impact, and social responsibility. This role is perfect for someone with strong presentation skills, a passion for youth development, and the ability to create a dynamic learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging presentations and workshops to schools, community groups, and youth organisations.

Facilitate discussions and activities that promote empathy, teamwork, and active citizenship.

Adapt content to different age groups, ensuring an interactive and impactful experience.

Represent Kids Giving Back professionally and passionately at events.

Collaborate with our team to refine and improve presentation materials.

Set up and pack down preparation stations

About You:

Experience in public speaking, teaching, facilitation, or youth engagement.

Confident communicator with a warm, energetic, and engaging presence.

Passionate about social impact, volunteering, and community engagement.

Ability to adapt content to diverse audiences and learning styles.

Reliable, organised, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team.

A current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain one).
