About the role:

We are growing and looking for industry-experienced engineers with expertise in structures to join our team in Brisbane on a full-time basis! In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to train and inspire the next generation of aircraft maintenance engineers. You’ll independently lead theory and practical instruction within your trade stream while providing exceptional support to students and stakeholders.

You will be offered variety and autonomy and will be able to demonstrate your ability to be highly organised and proactive, as well as a strong problem-solver with an aptitude for fostering effective relationships with students as you take them on their learning journey.

Certificate IV in Aeroskills (Structures)

Current Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) or Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (LAME) licence will be highly regarded, along with experience in a training or mentoring role.

Willingness to learn, grow and obtain a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.

Ability to work both autonomously and within a small, close-knit team.

Well-developed problem-solving skills and strong organisation skills.

Enthusiastic attitude with a passion for aviation.

Experience working in the aviation industry, preferably at least 3 years.
