Our client, a leading organisation in the financial services sector is seeking a skilled and proactive Senior Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Developer to join their technology team. This role plays a key part in designing, developing, testing, and deploying scalable and high-performing solutions within D365 F&O, working closely with cross-functional teams to support both project delivery and ongoing system enhancements.

This is a permanent role, you will be part of a greenfield project and enjoy flexible work arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement customisations and extensions in D365 F&O to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with business analysts, functional consultants, and stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Apply secure coding practices and contribute to continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) processes.
• Provide ongoing technical support, enhancements, and troubleshooting within the D365 F&O platform.
• Lead code reviews, mentor developers, and promote development best practices within the team.
• Support testing, documentation, deployment activities, and process improvement initiatives.

About You:

• Proven experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations development, including X++ and custom extensions.
• Strong understanding of secure coding (OWASP), development frameworks, and DevOps practices.
• Experience working in Agile teams with a collaborative and solutions-focused mindset.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
