We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Ganger – Parks to join our team!

What You Will Do:

As Ganger – Parks, you will lead a dedicated crew in maintaining our parks and precincts to the highest standard. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring maintenance is delivered on time and within budget, and fostering a team culture focused on safety, service, and quality. Your leadership will directly contribute to the wellbeing of the community and the beauty of our public spaces.

What We Are Looking For:

Completed secondary education to Year 10, with strong writing and communication skills and a solid understanding of basic mathematics.

Extensive experience in precinct and park maintenance, including proven success in delivering efficient, effective, and timely maintenance services in similar roles.Current Queensland Driver’s Licence (LR).

Well-developed organisational skills, with a demonstrated ability to plan, prioritise, and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.

Demonstrated effective people management skills specifically in the areas of dealing with the public, staff supervision, leadership, motivation and team building.

Demonstrated ability to develop sound, professional and responsive working relationships with a range of customers with an emphasis on providing quality customer service.

An understanding of and commitment to Workplace health and Safety, environmental responsibility, quality assurance, equal employment opportunities and open communications.
