About The Role:

This newly created position is responsible for providing high level executive support to the GM, administrative support to the broader People & Development leadership team, and backup support for recruitment and onboarding activities. The role also assists in organising training, induction, and employee engagement activities and ensures employee records and our HRIS is maintained with accuracy and confidentiality.

Some key duties include:

  • Provide high level personal assistance for all HR functions across the team.
  • Support initiatives that promote continuous cultural and administration improvement within the People and Development remit.
  • Assist the Project / HRIS Coordinator with system-based tasks and requirements.
  • Assist when required with recruitment activities such as interview booking shortlisting and reference checking when required.

  • A full-time role (2-year fixed-term contract to 30 June 2027) in our dynamic People & Development team with work from home days available (up to 2 days per week once past probation depending on operational need) based at our Corporate Office in Lutwyche, close to public transport and with onsite (paid) parking.
