At Mount Erica, we’re the kind of pub that knows its regulars by name, serves a steak worth coming back for, and offers a wine list that’ll have you Googling grape varieties between tables. We don’t do QR codes or “vibes-only” service... we do real hospitality, plated and poured with purpose.

We’re looking for experienced, professional front-of-house staff to join our team. This isn’t a starter role, it’s for seasoned hospitality pros who can jump behind the bar to mix a martini or pour a Guinness, know their way around the pass, carry three plates with ease, and bring genuine warmth to every interaction.

What we’re looking for:

· Experience in a busy, fast-paced venue with polished service standards

· Confident in managing your own section

· Three-plate carry and tray service

· Solid wine knowledge — WSET Level 2 is a plus

· Current RSA and Food Handling Certificate

· Natural Host who is calm under pressure, a clear communicator and a team player

· Familiar with OrderMate POS and OpenTable ideal

· Part-time employment under the Publican.Co Enterprise Agreement 2023/2024

· Full-time hours available for the right candidate

Availability:
