Searching for a Venue Manager for a well established Cafe business in Melbourne's South Eastern Suburbs. In this hands-on role you will LOVE coffee, leading a well trained team and elevating the customer experience. Responsibilities:

Lead by example to deliver outstanding customer service in a fast paced venue.

Maintain high standards in food, beverage, and overall service quality.

Ensure the venue is clean, visually appealing, and set for success-from floorplans to lighting and music.

Support sales through effective POS use, suggestive selling, and merchandising.

Roll out marketing initiatives and in-store promotions as directed.

Manage recruitment, onboarding, and training in collaboration with HR.

Identify team potential, drive development, and support succession planning.

Monitor business trends and adjust operations to improve efficiency and cost management.

About You:

Proven leadership experience in a premium Cafe or Hospitality venue.

Confident in managing both people and processes in a fast-paced environment

Detail-oriented with strong communication and customer service skills.

Committed to delivering a premium guest experience every time.

Strong communication skills and a passion for great service.

Relevant qualifications in Hospitality or Food & Beverage (e.g. Diploma or Certificate IV)

Holds current RSA, Food Safety, OH&S, and First Aid certificates.

• Solid admin skills and confident at budgets, costings and controlling wages.
