The Opportunity
This role is ideal for a strong Senior Accountant who’s already delivering high-quality compliance work and ready to step further into advisory, client engagement, and team leadership. You’ll work across a growing portfolio of clients, building your ability to manage relationships while being mentored by the Founder directly.

It’s a genuine growth role — structured, supported, and with a clear runway into future leadership.

What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting a portfolio of SME clients and developing client relationships
- Reviewing and finalising work prepared by the offshore team
- Attending client meetings and contributing to advisory conversations
- Preparing tax planning reports and identifying improvement opportunities
- Managing compliance across a range of entity types (companies, trusts, partnerships, SMSFs)
- Collaborating with internal teams to improve client experience and team processes
- Mentoring junior team members and building soft leadership skills

About You
- 5–7+ years’ experience in business services / tax in public practice
- CA or CPA qualified (or nearly completed)
- Strong technical capability across tax returns, BAS/IAS, tax planning
- Capable in Div7A, CGT, FBT, and GST
- Confident communicator who enjoys client interaction and solving problems
- Eager to grow into a more advisory-focused and client-facing role
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to high standards
- Values personal growth, client impact, and being part of a great team
