About the Role

Delivery: Typically 5-day pre-employment short courses, typically aligned to a single BSB unit

Focus Areas may include:

Financial Literacy, Digital Literacy, Job Confidence, Introduction to Retail, Introduction to Individual Support, Recreate Your Career

Location: Based in Cairns with travel to Atherton, Mareeba, and Innisfail (travel and accommodation fully covered)

What You’ll Bring

Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or TAE40122)

Minimum Certificate III in Business, Retail, or similar vocational area

Ideally experience delivering digital literacy, employability skills, or other work-readiness training

A supportive, learner-centred approach and the ability to engage with a diverse range of students

Industry currency and a genuine interest in adult education
