This is a fantastic opportunity to join a contractor with a hands-on leadership team and a commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.

The Role
We are seeking an experienced Civil Foreman to lead the day-to-day site operations on a new subdivision project. You will be responsible for managing site activities, and ensuring work is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards. This includes overseeing earthworks, drainage, utilities, road construction, and service installation. Working closely with the Project Manager and engineers, you will play a key role in maintaining progress, resolving issues, and delivering quality outcomes in line with project specifications.

What You Need
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record delivering subdivision projects in a Foreman or Supervisor capacity. You will bring strong leadership skills, a hands-on approach, and the ability to effectively manage subcontractors and site crews. Key requirements include:

• Previous experience delivering civil subdivision projects (essential)
• Strong knowledge of bulk earthworks, drainage, roads, and utilities installation
• White Card, current driver's licence, and relevant safety training
• Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret plans, drawings, and technical specifications
• Commitment to safety, quality, and team collaboration
