Key responsibilities

Assist Mechanics and Leading Hand with parts sourcing

Assist Plant Manager with quoting

Manage work orders and all associated documentation regarding assets with the CMMS

Monitor schedules and plans to ensure continuous improvement

Warehousing – Goods inwards/outwards control

Front of store parts sales

Providing technical support to trade and retail customers using expert parts/mechanical knowledge

Use up-to-date product information & knowledge to problem-solve, and maximise sales

About you

Must have Trade Qualification and valid WA Drivers License

Must have ability to successfully complete all HMEC onboarding requirements

Solid understanding of equipment and maintenance safety systems, processes and procedures mobile plant & mining environments

Good communication skills to deal with multiple remote sites

Experience working with a computerised CMMS system

Ability to build effective customer relationships

Be a natural problem solver who is solutions focussed

Ability to work in a physical role – bending, lifting, climbing and safe driving.
