About the Role:

This is a casual opportunity with the potential for ongoing work. You will be responsible for providing essential administrative support, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. We are looking for someone who can start immediately.

Responsibilities:

-General administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and photocopying.
-Managing and organizing documents and records.
-Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data management and reporting.
-Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence.
-Providing support to team members as required.
-Maintaining accurate records and databases.

Essential Skills & Experience:

-Proven administrative experience.
-Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills.
-Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
-Strong organizational and time management skills.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to learn new programs quickly.

Hours:

Monday to Friday - 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
