The position:

Due to our continued growth at Midwestern Dental Specialists a position has opened for an experienced Dental Assistant to join our amazing team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will be organised, methodical and have an advanced eye for detail. You will enjoy the challenge of a busy and dynamic work environment, but most importantly you will possess and deliver exceptional customer service skills as the face of Midwestern Dental Specialists.

Skills and Qualifications:

Excellent infection control

Strong communication skills

Knowledge of D4W (preferred but not essential) and Microsoft based applications (including Outlook, Word and Excel)

Excellent time management skills

Punctuality

A high level of initiative and motivation

A drive to learn and obtain new skills

Exceptional attention to detail

The ability to integrate into a growing practice

Excellent customer service skills

Beneficial attributes:

Familiar with D4W software, Genie and HICAPS payment system

Certificate III/IV in Dental Assisting
