Are you a senior Occupational Therapist ready to lead and deliver impactful change in acute care? St Vincent's Hospital Melbourne (SVHM) is seeking a motivated and experienced clinician to join our team in the Acute Senior Clinician role.

About the Role
As the Senior Clinician, you will:
- Deliver excellence in clinical care
- Support innovation and service development, ensuring equitable access, responsiveness to complexity, and alignment with best practice models of care.
- Support capability building through supervision, and mentoring, fostering professional growth in the clinicians you support.
- Champion interdisciplinary collaboration, contributing to integrated, holistic models of care
- Promote a culture of learning and research, embedding reflective practice and innovation.
About You
You are a dynamic and values-driven Occupational Therapist who is passionate about client centered acute care.
You will bring: - Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist.
- Clinical experience in acute care settings.
- Demonstrated experience in workforce development, clinical supervision, and education delivery.
- A collaborative approach and excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- A commitment to continuous improvement, innovation, and health equity.
