About the Role

As the Chief Technology Officer, you will be at the forefront of our technological evolution. You will spearhead the development and execution of a forward-thinking technology strategy that aligns with our business objectives, ensuring we remain a leader in the audit space. This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives in a dynamic environment and is ready to drive innovation, optimise processes, and deliver exceptional results.

Key responsibilities include:

Develop and execute a forward-thinking technology strategy ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

Act as a thought leader in adopting and integrating cutting-edge technologies to drive innovation and efficiencies, ensuring the company maintains a competitive edge in the audit industry.

Oversee the delivery of our bespoke audit software solution, ensuring it is scalable, secure, and maintainable as part of the cloud migration, while meeting quality, budget, and timeline goals. Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.

Lead complex cloud transformation initiatives, with specific expertise in migrating enterprise environments from AWS to Azure.

Drive the architecture, development, and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise software solutions.

Champion agile best practices, ensure excellence in DevOps, and foster continuous improvement to support constant delivery.

Build, coach, and mentor a high-performing technology team, fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture.

About You

10+ years of experience in technology leadership, ideally in a high-growth or enterprise environment.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or equivalent business degree preferred.

Demonstrated success leading cloud migration projects, especially AWS to Azure transitions.

Proven track record of delivering large-scale, enterprise-grade software systems.

Strong understanding of AI technologies and automation tools.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Strong strategic planning and execution skills, with the ability to align technology initiatives with business goals.
