We're expanding our team! Due to growing demand, Blackboard Varsity Lakes is looking for an experienced barista to lead our team.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in a high-volume cafe setting.
• Experience leading a team.
• Deep knowledge of coffee, including brewing techniques, latte art, and equipment handling.
• Available to work five days a week, including at least one weekend day.
• Familiarity with our cafe and what we offer (hint: we love passionate baristas who know our style!).

About the Role: You’ll need to be ready for an immediate start. As part of the interview process, a 1-hour trial will be conducted where you'll demonstrate your skills in espresso extraction and milk texturing on our equipment.

The position is for 5 days per week, employment will be re-evaluated in 2 months time and full time employment will be offered if successful.
