About the Position.
As a Contract Administrator, you will play a key role in managing contracts and ensuring the successful execution of some of Canberra's most exciting projects. The project team consists of a Project Manager and Director, as well as Site Engineers, a Cadet, two Site Managers, multiple Foremen, and Leading Hands.
Duties.
- Formulate, lodge, and manage Client progress payment claims
- Establish valuable relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate and compile monthly reports, including presentations to management, in collaboration with the Project Manager
- Manage project finalisation activities including financial and defects close, completion documentation
- Forecast and report on key project financials including cashflow, costs, and time
Skills & Experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Building and Construction Management or similar
- Ability to organise, communicate, and display good time management skills
- Capable of building strong work relationships with external clients, stakeholders
- Proven experience on projects above $50M
