Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a Senior Manager, Continuing and Professional Education to join Office of the Chancellor, Chancellery Division.
The Senior Manager, Continuing Professional Education is responsible for building relationships with business, government and not-for-profit organisations to facilitate QUT delivering their continuing professional education needs.

- Marketing and Student Recruitment
What you need to succeed
- Education, training, and/or relevant experience equivalent to the completion of postgraduate qualifications and extensive relevant experience.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement continuing professional education strategies that deliver desired goals and outcomes.
- Proven track record in establishing and maintaining long-term partnerships with industry, not-for-profit or government agencies.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve business engagement targets that generate financial, reputational and impact benefits for the University in relation to CPE.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively influence and work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Proven planning and organisational skills, with experience in establishing own priorities and working within tight and competing deadlines.
- Demonstrated experience in the use of information technology to achieve operational outcomes efficiently and effectively including skills, experience and understanding of relational databases such as EDM/CRM platforms and demonstrated advanced skills in the use of MS Word, Excel, Outlook and other programs.
