As a Cyber Security Operations Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of enterprise information systems. You’ll be the central point of contact for all things cyber. Embedding yourself within the business, managing incident response, supporting approximately 200 local users, and driving continual improvement in cyber posture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and respond to cyber risks in a complex and highly regulated environment;
• Lead cyber awareness initiatives to uplift organisational preparedness;
• Manage tools and services including SIEM, EDR, VMS, and Microsoft security technologies;
• Collaborate with MSPs, internal stakeholders, and technical teams to strengthen security posture; and
• Support continuous improvement of cyber maturity and policy compliance.

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven experience in cyber operations, ideally in regulated or high-security environments;
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills;
• Broad understanding of ICT systems and security infrastructure; and
• Ability to work autonomously and handle occasional travel across Australia and potential international travel into the future.

Bonus Points For:

• Experience with Microsoft Defender, Intune, Group Policy, Autopilot;
• Exposure to SD-WAN, Veeam, Ivanti, or Commvault.
