The Role - What You’ll Be Doing (and Learning)

· You’ll be working alongside experienced advisers, not stuck in the back office.

· Supporting client meetings and learning how to deliver strategic, personalised advice.

· Managing ongoing client service needs – from prep to follow-up.

· Getting your hands dirty with real client strategies – cashflow, investment, super, insurance.

· Collaborating with our skilled paraplanning and client service teams.

· Learning to challenge “the way things have always been done” and offering ideas to do it better.

· Most importantly, you’ll be mentored. This is about guided, hands-on experience. We know you’re new to this, and that’s the point.

You Should Apply If You Are:

· FASEA Qualified (or equivalent education complete).

· Hungry to learn and keen to build a career, not just a resume.

· Someone who takes initiative and loves getting things done.

· Comfortable with change (you’ll see plenty of it here).

· A strong communicator - written, verbal, even digital.
