We’re looking for passionate and reliable Swim Instructors to join our growing swim school. If you love working with children and adults and want to help build confidence and water safety skills in a supportive, fun environment, we’d love to hear from you!

About the Role:

As a Swim Instructor at Sanctuary Lakes Recreation Club, your role will focus on creating and executing lesson plans aimed to children of all ages and abilities. You’ll play a key role in delivering our swim program, ensuring each child progresses at their own pace while enjoying a safe and positive experience in the water.

Responsibilities:

Create a fun, supportive, and safe learning environment

Communicate with parents and caregivers about student progress

Follow all safety protocols and maintain constant supervision of students

Set up and clean up lesson areas before and after sessions

Attend staff meetings and ongoing training sessions

About the Facility:

Our swim school at the Sanctuary Lakes Recreation Club is a long-standing operation based in Melbourne’s west. We run lessons catering for babies, children, adults and squad with preschool and school age lessons making up much of the program. Our lessons run after school from Monday to Friday and Saturday mornings. We offer flexible working arrangements.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Austswim, Swim Australia, LSV or equivalent

Current CPR (HLTAID009)
