Are you passionate about empowering families and making a lasting impact? Join our Intensive Family Support team in Jimboomba, where you'll work closely with children and families to foster positive change.

This part-time role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team, supporting children’s wellbeing through a strengths-based approach. You’ll have the autonomy to bring creativity to your work, backed by a team of experienced colleagues and management.

You'll receive training in assessment and case planning, with a strong emphasis on risk assessment and working alongside the Child Safety Principal Child Protection Practitioner. Through our integrated approach, you'll partner with experts in Domestic and Family Violence, Housing, and Functional Family Therapy-Child Welfare to develop meaningful solutions tailored to each family.

About the Role

📍 Location: Jimboomba – our Jimboomba office is only 40 minutes from Logan and Springfield and a one-hour drive from the Gold Coast
📝 Role Type: Permanent, part-time

💰 Pay Range: $49.28 – $50.34 per hour (pro rata), with salary sacrificing available

What You’ll Do

✔ Develop purposeful, tailored support plans for families with complex needs

✔ Provide mentorship and practical parenting strategies, connecting families with specialist supports

✔ Work across the Browns Plains / Beaudesert regions, based in Jimboomba

✔ Conduct flexible home visits, occasionally scheduled outside standard business hours

✔ Access professional development opportunities to grow your skills
